Charcuterie Making Class

This class includes an 8” charcuterie board that we create together, and all the ingredients, along with crackers, bamboo utensils and a guide on pairing meat & cheese. We will review a couple different ways to make salami roses, rivers and different cheese slices and the presentations. 

Price is per person and requires a minimum of 6 people.

Pair with wines for an additional cost.
